This past weekend the South By Southwest <http://www.sxsw.com/>  (SXSW) festival came to a close, capping off almost two weeks of presentations, music, film, comedy and exhibits for the tens of thousands of people attending, not to mention the hundreds of small and large companies participating.
I wasn't there.  And next year, I don't think I'll be there either.

That's because SXSW may be really cool and fun and crazy.  But it won't be profitable for a technology firm like mine.  It's too expensive.  Too crazy.  And too big.  The best kind of conference for my company is the one held by the American Boiler Manufacturer's Association. <http://www.abma.com/>  Or the Florida Sod Growers Cooperative <http://www.floridasodgrowers.com/> .

On March 1st Batavia Turf Farms, Elba, NY received delivery on their new M4226D installer.  They are located just east of Buffalo, as you can see winter still has a grip on them.  The gentleman in the sun glasses is the owner and operator of the farm, Craig Yunker.  The gentleman operating the new installer on the ice is Jose Castaneda, sod farm manager.

Thanks for your support!!
